firm bedcramped breakfast area

the bed was too firm, and the pillows offered little support. i woke up with a sore neck each morning. also, the breakfast area felt cramped, and it got quite stuffy since there weren't windows. the lack of ventilation made it unpleasant to eat there.

the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast offered a good variety each day. room facilities met my needs well, with a hairdryer and water kettle. i found the location in a quieter part of town convenient. a tram stop nearby provided easy access to attractions.

rooms facing the main road needed air conditioning or better ventilation. i had to sleep with the windows open because of the summer heat. the noise from trams and cars continued late into the night.
